The Astro Logos Seminar Series

In the course of our careers, we have developed specialty areas of knowledge and are proud to offer seminar options in these subjects: The current Seminars being offered are those listed on the drop down menu under "One off Seminars".

Some of these seminars are taught individually by us and some are taught together. When and what is offered changes due to our lecturing or study schedules, so not all topics are offered in any one given time period.

All the unique Seminar Series are run as online real time seminars conducted over the course of a day, a weekend or consecutive weekends. As real-time online tutorials they are scheduled at times that we feel works best with the time zone differences between the UK, Europe/Africa, and the USA. Some Master Classes are more interactive than others. All Master Classes are recorded and the recordings and the accompanying Power Point presentations are made available to all participants. Once you are enrolled you will be sent the link and password to the Astro Logos online tutorial room with detailed instructions on how to download and use the software, and where to download the audio recordings and Power Point presentations once they are completed.

Who is able to enrol in the seminar series?

The seminar series is designed for those students who are able to read a chart but now want to add or improve their specialized knowledge into their chart readings.

Size of intake

Please note that course size is limited to fifteen participants to allow Bernadette and Darrelyn to offer input and support to each student.

Language - what level of English do I need to join the Summer School?

All teaching for the Master Class series is in English. Applicants must satisfy themselves and the organisers of the Master Class series that their English is of a standard high enough for them to be able to understand and follow arguments presented in fluent English.

Recording of Seminars

All seminars are recorded (audio recording) by Astro Logos directly off the web. Each seminar will then be uploaded to a special vault, to which you will have the password.

What happens if I miss one of the seminars?

If you are unable to attend one of the seminars then it is important that before the seminar you let Bernadette or Darrelyn know. Additionally you can email in any particular questions that you may have so that they can be covered in the seminar. Then you can download the recording of the seminar the next day.

How much time will I need to give to a Seminar Series?

You will need to attendant the seminars on the weekend. Each seminar is three hours in length.

How do I enrol for classes?

Students can use our secure registration form and pay by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard or if you are in the UK you can pay by Switch or by personal cheque made out to "Astro Logos", in UK pounds and posted to: PO Box 168, Fishponds, Bristol BS16 5ZX, UK. All classes must be paid for in advance.

Do I need to pay VAT if I am not in the EU?

Yes. As the Master Class series is being taught solely online from the UK, this means that all student fees are subject to VAT.
