Chart Reading - Practical
Chart Reading - Practical continues the focus on how you read aspects in a chart through hands-on practical sessions with Darrelyn Gunzburg. We begin to look at how patterns are formed from birth and what this means in adulthood. We continue to emphasise the necessity to keep complex issues simple, rather than simplistic, in order to better articulate the inherent intricacies.
Course emphasis on practicality
The same emphasis on practically continues in Aspects of your Chart: Part 2. In this Intensive there are no written assignments to hand in but you may be asked to prepare work between weekends and to present your insights the following week. Students in the past have found they enjoy connecting up by skype for the practical preparation out of class time.
Course Content
Session 1: What happens when the Moon is involved? Ways of considering two aspects in a chart:
The birth scenario. What are we doing when we look at a single aspect such as a T-Square? What does it mean when we add in a second aspect?
Session 2: Difficult combinations:
Ways to untangle them, ways to discuss them with a family member/friend/client.
Session 3: Building on 3-planet combinations:
How an opposition becomes a T-Square. How complex is complex? Learning to Keep It Simple. Unaspected planets. Debrief. The Diploma Delineation module
At the end of Chart Reading - Practical you will have the opportunity, if you wish, to join the Delineation Diploma module of 14 weeks. The latter has an entry requirement of a short written paper on what has been taught in these two courses.
