Chart Reading - Introduction
Timetable for this course
Next Intense begins on October 2012
a limit of 15 people in the online classroom
Chart reading looks simple when it is done by a professional. But think about how you set about reading a chart – or even just an aspect? Do you plod from one planet to another, then wonder how the aspect fits in? Have you ever considered what it means to have a planet ruling a house? And what happens when you have ‘dilemmas’ in a chart – for example, a planet in rulership but in a cadent house? Where do you begin to make sense of it all?
Reading a chart demands that you juggle many components until the pattern emerges. Therefore this commencement course, part lectures, part practical, is tailor-made to guide you through those first puzzling steps of delineation until you feel comfortable enough to do it yourself.
Please note: you must already have basic astrological knowledge in order to enrol in this course.
Course emphasis on practicality
You will be working from your own computer in a real-time, online classroom environment with other students from around the world. In this Intensive there are no written assignments to hand in but you will in all likelihood be so inspired by what you are learning that you will want to prepare work between one session to another. This is an opportunity to take your basic astrological skills to the next level.
Darrelyn Gunzburg has been the main tutor for Astro Logos in teaching students how to read charts since 1990. She has taught hundreds of students how to become proficient in this area. If you have any questions about the course and what it entails please feel free to email her.
