I so loved this class, I'm going
through withdrawal at the thought of not meeting next Saturday.
This class has been very valuable to me, I believe it has elevated
my readings to another level. The focus your process has given me,
makes me, both, more professional and of more value to my clients.
The two don't always go together but I've definitely grown on both
counts. The experience has nourished my personal life in giving me
the opportunity to interact with such a wonderful group of fellow
astrologers.
I consider myself truly blessed to have gravitated to the galaxy
of Astrologos, where both you and Darrelyn, share your wisdom and

I am happy to tell you
that I learnt a lot. My client work will be much more structured,
and I fell comfortable using the Time Map to sort things out. I
have never worked like this before. Trying to make a story out of
the transiting and progressing planets is still some of a task,
but as Barbara said, you have to try and get feed back from
clients and friends as well. The associations to every planet and
house are so many, but I have learned much about how to use both
planets in transit and in progression in a new way.

I had an initial
hope that subjecting myself to this discipline would help me gain
a sense of whether I wished to specialize more in astrological
scholarship or client work. This did not happen, which is perhaps
as it should be? I confided this to an astrologer friend, who
responded: “Why should you not do both?” Since I gained enough
knowledge of the nuts and bolts of a method of sorting life trend
information that I can now approach client work more confidently,
‘doing both’ now actually seems doable.

I gained a more
precise, disciplined way to organize
astrological data for clients
that can help
me (1) reference
it more coherently and (2) find a storyline (or lines) to anchor
and guide
me as I present the info.
This is a tremendous help.
Over the years I’ve tried several ways of weeding trend
information but have, in the crunch, always fallen back on what
someone (Ina?)
described (forgive
my paraphrasing) as finding an entry point into the
chart, then intuiting one’s way around it. Now,
I can organize, then read the trend
flows more like a musical score;
Bernadette’s slide of the suggested organization scheme of a time
map was a definite “Aha!” moment.
And I scribbled frantic
notes as people presented their time maps,
tri-wheels
and 5-year graphic ephemerides,
noting particular methods
I wish to remember.
I
also gained great insight into the multiple levels of forecasting:
how to derive a ‘big picture’ of life flow (solar progressions &
the progressed lunation cycle), with increasingly detailed focus
the closer in time one looks, from 5-year trends to 1-year
close-ups.

It was good to be
part of a group doing something new and the enthusiasm of everyone
was infectious. By the end of the course it did really feel like a
group experience.
We all proved for ourselves with our respective clients that the
system you have structured works but is also flexible enough to
allow the astrologers personality and own 'Lark' to spread its
wings.
I always feel with your teaching, that the information given is
based on graft, research and experience and a gift to pull it
together so students can understand.
Personally, I did found it a great help to read 'The Eagle and the
Lark' prior to the course so all the new information was not
totally alien.

About this Course
in Real Time! I stepped into a world that I knew I wanted and now
have thanks to Bernadette! Oh sure—there were glitches in the
technical department, but to be learning and seeing and hearing
another colleague in Norway, and someone else just returning from
Costa Rica, someone working in South Carolina, USA and others in
the UK…I would have to travel forever to meet these wonderful
people and learn this way…but here I am cozy in my office in my
own home with a cuppa coffee drinking it all in. This is my idea
of heaven. I feel like Oliver Twist holding out a cup and
singing: “More, please—may I have some more!”
